I believe every moment holds a story waiting to be felt. Photography found me unexpectedly, but the moment I held a camera, I knew it was more than a tool. It was a way to capture life’s whispers, laughter, and quiet magic.

I’m Dony, a father of two, a traveller at heart, and a storyteller through images. Living in New Zealand for the past four years and holding a Diploma in Photography from Otago Polytechnic has shaped my vision, but it’s the people I photograph, their emotions, their connections, their fleeting glances, that truly teach me what matters.

What I love most is capturing children and families, those unguarded moments when joy, love, and curiosity spill over in ways words cannot describe. I aim to create photographs that are not just seen, but felt, images that carry the warmth of a hug, the sparkle of a smile, or the quiet beauty of a fleeting glance.

I am my own toughest critic, always pushing to grow, to notice the smallest details, and to give each story the care it deserves. Photography should be accessible, personal, and meaningful, so I strive to make it affordable without ever compromising on emotion or depth.
